  The professor thinks he's knowledgeable than the minister based on his title and simply does not regard him...on ther hand the minister acted based on emotions to transfer Tieku who should just called the minister for clarification on the young guys coming to work on the grass... in conclusion, Tieku is a reflection of his immediate boss, the professor who needs some humility...
