They all want this job because they know that Ghana is fun, and they will enjoy the benefits but not provide any tangible coaching and just go away. It's like a long vacation in Ghana, and not a work mission .
If he is a high profile coach why roaming on only African soil. Ghana need best coach

We need a French coach. They are the best for Africa!
He is good but not great. I do not see him winning trophies for Ghana. We might do slightly better than now. At this point, we just participate in tournaments.
