  BUT DO NOT INVEST IN ANY apartment in a HIGH RISE BUILDING in Accra or anywhere in Ghana ,because we are a 3rd world country and in case of fire Ghana fire department in incompetent and can not stop any fire in high rise buildings, because they don't have the proper equipment nor the proper personal to put off fire like that
