No, don’t jail him because he will be fed for free in jail. Just fire him so that he loses all his benefits at work and even his Social Security contributions. Why are Ghanaians so corrupt. Fire him so that he can have no State Vehicle, no State Paid Driver, no State Paid Security, pay his own electricity and water bills etc. He will not have State subsidized fuel etc. First, let him refund the money. Yes, he will have to be taken off every benefits he and his family enjoy.

I wish I know of the reason he gave, but in a general view I think it's apt as it deters other institutions from doing the same to their workers. In fact, a lot of companies are into this act, especially the private ones
