The school needs to be investigated. Most schools don’t care to send students to hospitals when they are severely ill. I went to an all girls school and it was the same there fortunately no one died.

You can sue without a guilty verdict. Go ahead and file a civil case against the school

That's not right to say, to call the school evil. My daughter attended the school and passed out well as a very disciplined citizen. Don't condemn institutions. Try to correct them legally.

Sorry for the unfortunate situation but please forget about the SUE it won't get to any where.
This why in modern day, boarding school is good.
We don't have the facilities and procedural capacity to host thousands of students.
Community schools should be the option as done in advanced countries

My brother, although it's a painful one, just lick your wounds. Suing the school will not yield any results. Neither school nor GES has any money to give you. You may rather sue government.
if she wins and they dont pay up she can seize the buildings and force the sale to cover their debt
All they're interested in is just punishment, that's all. They steal the students food too and sell at high prices to milk the poor children. God save the whole of Ghana
There should be a good punishment for some nurses who disregard the sick!! A lot of our nurses need human relations training!! Hmmmmmm!
