  You are a big fool Francis Mccarthy. Why are you insulting judges? Do you expect the judge to go round the county judging people on anything. Should it not be the state or litigating parties who bring cases to court before judges can adjudicate? So why insult judges because a case you are interested in has not been brought to court? Is it ignorance, stupidity or sheer foolishness?
