Exactly my thoughts. China didn’t want to play ball during the initial stages of the debt exchange program as way of saying ‘what else do you bring to the table’. Some concessions have to be made. This invitation to China is a veiled attempt to give up some national assets for the conclusion of the debt restructuring. China’s economy is going through a rough patch right now so it is unlikely to play ball without some major concessions.

Instead of relying on foreigners for solutions, can't you simply demand at least 50 percent from all natural resources? If you know you know. Professors and Doctors who can't do anything. You are deliberately ruining your own country? Africa shall rise when people who know how to think take the mantle. Both NPP and NDC can't change Ghana.
