@ SCHEMER, Master astro turfs alone don,t improve sports. Ghana was doing better with only six astro turfs than hundreds of them today. We also don,t need duplication of secretariats or ministries. Just maintain the existing ...

How well was Ghana doing stop the PROPAGANDA. Sports has become sophisticated therefore you need a well thought through programme which is far reaching
