All we need to resolve Ghana's dilemma surrounding our sub soil reserves is for the president to introduce a SUB SURFACE SOIL BILL to be passed into law by parliament. Such a law will make all mineral-resource reserves found below six feet of the top soil in Ghana, a property of the government -- regardless of whether they were found on a private property. The British have such a law. Traditionally, it explains why human graves don't go beyond six feet from the top soil. We have the same tradition, but unfortunately we don't know it's implications and origin. May Lord Almighty continue to bless our beloved Great Ghana: Amen!!!
