WAEC were on record of inviting parents and students (over 800) whose results were withheld because their answer booklets showed verbatim (word for word) answers from students from same schools and same class. Initially over 22000 results were held for malpractices but almost all were strangely released (I guess order from above) Doesn't this support Mahama's claims?
How about Ghana student writing questions set in Ghana only (GHASSCE) instead of the traditional WAEC 5 country exams Nigeria, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Gambia and Ghana (WASSCE)

The former president simply said the effect will be seen later and u know that's true. It's unfortunate that may not be in power to see it.
