  We already too many weak and ineffective corruption bodies doing absolutely nothing to fight corruption. Merge them and make a 2 third majority in parliament appoint and remove them or be voted for by the public

  My dear Dr. Kwakye, changing the system alone will not solve the problem of corruption. The officials who exploit the loopholes in the system should be fired. Even if the system is perfect and has all the necessary controls, corruption will still exist if the officials are corrupt and not enforcing the rules or complying with regulations. The best way to curb corruption is to impose strict sanctions such as immediate termination for abuse of authority and imprisonment for serious criminal offenses. Such measures will send a powerful message.
