Bawuliar thinks he is smart and can throw dust into the eyes of Ghanaians because he takes them to be fools. It won't wash this time. Thieves!!!

  It would be far better to sell the gold outside Ghana (instead of to BoG) so Ghana gets more foreign earnings coming in and reverse what happens now - I.e. reverse the situation of all profits going oitside Ghana...reverse the flow of finance. Make profits come into Ghana from outside! If they sell to BoG, its not bringing any currency in and it probably wouldn't be at international market rates. Also, if this is such a great plan, why doesn't NPP Implement it now? You're in government. Start implementing the plan right now.
