  Getrude, you are just right and the reason why Hon.Ken Ofori Atta is paying working class a professional training allowance which should have been a stated % of gross salary to take care of depreciation.Dr Amin Adam will work to correct this,i believe. But will ensure that certification works in Ghana to promote good productivity.
