Lands in the capital are bereft with litigation and fraudulent documentations. It’s less cumbersome and cheaper to acquire lands among the rural population. Africa deserves more than 5 academies as proposed by Fifa, considering the proposed number of 75 new academies. The continent has been sidelined over the decades with World Cup slots, and football development despite the number of countries/member associations of Fifa from Africa. Enough of the discrimination!
