What has Bank of Ghana has to do with creative arts? Does it mean Actors in Hollywood goes to Federal Reserve Banks for creative arts? This is another ploy to loot and share.
The only sensible comment so far. If our creative arts sector was or had the potential to be commercially viable, investors would flock to it. As it is, it is not lucrative or viable.

Why would the Bank of Ghana visibly endorse such a private transaction, when it has not publicly allowed the use of blockchain technology in Ghana?
