I can understand your feelings but what service condition plan do you have for your workers, apart from paying them their non-negotiated salaries? Death is inevitable but we all have the responsibilities to take care of our selves. It is not just praising a worker for the skills and the knowhow that he brings on board. Do you have health plan for your workers? Do they have annual leave days, and is it mandatory for them to take their leave vacations once they are due? Or even if they have vacation entitlements, it is an option for them to decide to take it or continue working without break? Ghanaian employers pay their employees slave wages. They care less about their health as long as they continue working for them. The lesson to learn from this sudden demise of your employee is as follows:
1. Get a good health plan for your workers.
2. Periodic health check must be compulsory.
3.At least every worker must have at least two to four weeks vacation each calendar year.
4. Upon resumption from vacation, there must be a doctors report on the employees status.
I know you Kennedy Agyapong and most business owners in Ghana travels abroad for medical checks and treatments and yet you guys care less about your employees. I hope you will now take the health needs of your employees seriously. I mean no harm.

Wofa Kk's death is one that saddens my heart. He was a fine and decent journalist until he decided to join Kennedy Agyapong's flagbearership campaign. He became acerbic just like his boss, spewing all sorts of insults against people who mainly supported Dr. Bawumia. In fact, I stopped listening to his Boiling point show so did many others. Yes, Ken will struggle to replace him because there are not too many people out there who will blindly help his employer to insult, dare and spread lies about others. I don't think Wofa KK was able to reconcile with the many people he used his boiling point to insult just because Kennedy Agyapong had to become the flagbearer of the NPP at all cost. Death does not announce its visitation on us. Let us learn a great lesson from the unfortunate demise of Wofa KK
