This never happened under John Dramani from 2012 to 2016. Public sector employment was completely frozen, nurses and teacher trainees allowances were scrapped, and when they completed they had to wait for 4 years until Akufo-Ado came and posted them. John Dramani declared himself a "Dead goat". If these nurses and their families fail to remember this, I don't know what else to say. How do you think the situation would have been if covid hit 2013 under John Dramani looking at situation then without covid. That's what we should be looking at.
