  Well, only a fraction of these monies earmarked for Ghana road repairs will actually be used for the intended purpose. Most will end up in some individuals' pocket as bribes or other nefarious activities

  That’s why it pays to maintain the roads so you don’t run into where all roads are deteriorated.
  I just don’t understand these African leaders .
  Just do good roads even if it’s one road so you don’t always have to ...
