In 2020 you claimed that the NPP deceived the voters in 2016, and yet you lost portoor! So when is the NDC going to learn that elections are won with numbers and not by mantras and propaganda? Days running into the 2020 elections Ghanaweb teamed up with some other fake pollsters and came up with some fake numbers that gave Mahama about 67– 33 percentage points respectively ahead of Nana Akuffo-Addo but still the NDC lost portoor! We still remember at some point when the NDC used the firing of Martin Amadu and Domelevo’s fake propaganda to discredit our government, yet they were thrown under the bus. We need practical solutions like credit ratings that help Ghanaian workers to mortgage houses, buy cars, obtain loans and other constructive and practical/doable measures. Everything Bawumia said is written in a document that every serious Ghanaian will get a copy to read and understand. We appeal to NDC to do the same with their 24 hour economy policy. These will give Ghanaians the opportunity to analyze both policies to see which one they will support.

Digitization/digitalization is laudable and will go a long way to eliminate corruption and improve our lives.
24hr economy can only be driven by demand. Government can only facilitate it but cannot create it if the need is not there.
Personally, I think it is just a propaganda. Ghanaians will be disappointed in the end and will liken it to one constituency one dam slogan.
No government in the world can create a 24hr economy. It creates itself so far as the demand for goods and services are there.
Ghanaians should not tickle themselves.

Sometimes l ask myself that the 24 hour economy and the free SHS which one is more feasible? 24 hour economy requires that, the right amenities, infrastructures and drive for demand for goods and services increase to meet production. Mr Mahama seems not to understand what he is making great noise about and therefore if Dr Bawumiah said he didn't think through it properly he is right. You can't come to power and immediately makes only policies and laws and expect 24 hour economy to take off. When the environment and financial status of consumers are good, the economy will evolve into 24 hour economy. It is not something that can be enforced. It doesn't work like that. I am sure the NDC will be ridiculed over this in the near future when Ghanaians come face to face with the realities and realize that 24 hour economy unlike other policies like the free SHS can't be enforced. It is self driven and only under conducive economic conditions but not policy. Currently it is not illegal to operate 24 hour economy in fact some industries operate 24 hours so what is new?
