  Please i agree 100% with your write up. I am in Wa in the upper west region. I requested for a Nedco meter for my tenant who is paying me 1,500 cedis a year for his rent and guess when I went to VRA they said for me to get a meter I should bring 2,000 plus before. So master look at my case do you think this tenant of my will ever get her separate me no way.
