Life is cheap in Ghana. You murder someone and plead guilty of manslaughter and get only 5 years jail time. How disappointing

It is manslaughter since he did not have intention to kill. Reading from the facts, he rather had intention to cause harm with the screwdriver. 5year is however too small for a homicide

5 years too lenient. this should not be manslaughter. perhaps, the change was internal to reduced the punishment. is that how law is supposed to work?
