  I keep saying that we are Not that Serious in this country. We always make a Mockery of Justice. Why should anybody in his right mind have the audacity to present a product with a broken seal for forensic testing? This is way beyond any reasonable expectations. Even school children wouldn’t behave like this. Yet we have supposedly learned or well educated adults in their fields of study or expertise behaving like sycophants.

  How is it possible for a sample drawn for investigation or testing on such a magnitude of a case be admitted, clearly showing its been tempered or seal broken.
  The defendant was purely destined to win from onset because the door of rejecting the result of the testing if it goes against him was widely opened.
  The occupation of an investigator is a calling and graced with been smart. Grudge-bearers and the foolish are doomed to fail on that field.
  A lot of resources and millions of cedis has been spent on this case and some people would have to charged with causing financial loss to the state.

  My doubt is did the financial loss to the state actually happened?” When this government took over there was wild wild wild allegations against former President John Mahama, his wife and appointees and is thi not one of them? Remember President Akuffo-Addo ordered the closure of a sugar refinery commissioned by President Mahama prior to the elections and ordered investigations into over-pricing of the project cost. An Indian firm was invited run the business. Lately lack of sugarcane to run the factory it has been sold to an Indian company. Wow!! After a successful planting for food, jobs and industry campaign.
  I wish the NDC campaign can put the Buyer on notice that that asset of the Republic of Ghana will not be sold.

Three cocoa farmers told the court their suspicion is that charges were concocted or fabricated. The investigator from cocobod is confirming the farmers suspicion. Akufo Addo criminal enterprise government is a curse on Ghana. God will surely liberate Ghana soon.
