Though Agongo and Opuni have lined up some innumerable cheerleaders to insult whoever has dissent views on the matter, nevertheless the crux of the verdict would tell you if someone was trying to exert undue pressure on rule of law or not! There are two issues here that most of you must’ve forgotten. And Ghanaweb also seems to be doing Agongo: their boss’s bidding and leading you astray. 1. The first Lithovit foliar Fertilizers that Agongo brought to Ghana that showed positive results was in powdered form and imported from Germany; according to the court filing and defense and prosecution’s statements.

2. After that batch of the products was accepted for working effectively for its intended purposes, Agongo himself started producing his own version in Ghana which was liquid and he named it “Lithovit Foliar Liquid fertilizer. That’s what the prosecution contends as a fake product that wasn’t licensed legally or must have been used to shortchange our farmers and the government. So all the bla-bla-bla that Ghanaweb and Agongo and Opuni lawyers are doing is discredit the prosecution charges. Was the fertilizer rightfully licensed in Ghana and ascertain by the FDB as authentic or was it rushed through the testing process or compromised in that case? So don’t think the case is a done deal for the defense to the extent of it getting it thrown out. I wish you acquaint yourself with the excerpts of the matter and stop commenting like a layman!
