Obviously people don't read to understand. Ghanaweb is reporting on a Joy news programme at which the DCOP made those assertions. That, the assertions were made by the DCOP is a fact hence the report. But they went further to let you know there is an official disclaimer from the police on the stands espoused by the officer. That is what news reporting is all about. You state the fact of what happened without your own opinion embellishing or depleting the news. Due to the concert of most radio stations, most of you don't know what news actually is anymore
