In Ghana, Otto Addo recruited Alidu Seidu, Salisu, and other young players into this current blackstars. He was in the process of building a formidable team

WHAT IS WRONG IN GIVING THE BLACKSTARS TO MAXWELL KONADU?
MAXWELL must have this job and be allowed to choose his own assistant.

Essien,Stephen Appiah and Asamoah Gyan can be attached as Scouters International and local for ALL THE OTHER NATIONAL TEAMS including the BLACKSTARS.

WE MUST STOP CATAPULTING every BABY STAR into the BLACKSTARS.

There must be a serious PROMOTION or GRADUATION to the Senior National Team.

OTTO ADDO has played his part and must not be brought back.

We cannot afford another try and error because our performances have been bad over the last few years.Giving the job directly to Essien will not be a good decision. The Ivory coast coach now served at the junior side of Nice. Then served as the coach of the reserve side Clermont.Then served under the sacked coach Louis Gasset. Emerse Fae was not given the job directly .He had some experience.
