Anyhow, it's not a bad idea let's hope it works for the best.

The Black Stars team shouldn't be used as a training opportunity for an unproven and inexperienced coach like Essien or any other coach. Secondly, GFA should not hire an assistant coach before the head coach and trusting the assistant upon the new head coach, because that is not how it is done. The new coach should hire his assistants who are familiar with the coach's philosophy.

1. Ghana must have future plans for Essien and Asamoah Gyan but not under Otto Addo who is equally inexperienced. It was at the world cup that we saw that Otto was not yet there. Appointing inexperienced Essien and Gyan to work under Otto will spell doom for BS. We must definitely appoint Essien and Gyan under an experienced coach. Essien and Gyan will take over from this coach in 2/3 years time.
2. This coach must have the balls to drop most of the old players , be a good tactician, and invite our young players outside Ghana who are good.
3. The GFA can release the top 20 coaches on the list they supposedly interviewed. The fans can help select the best from the list.But definitely it must not be inexperienced Otto Addo who is not a proven winner.
4. The second option is to appoint an experienced coach for BS with Essien and Gyan as the assistants . Then at the same time have Essien for the U20 and Gyan U17 . Coach Dossena did same and won African U20 in 1999.
5. But if the GFA still insist on appointing Otto , then their intention is to control him and select same old players. That will make Ghanaians very angry to hit the streets again.
6. The GFA has accepted to meet the leaders of the demonstration and some journalists.
