This confirms that they have no message. After 8 years they are now going to have a policy dialogue, after Bawumia has already stated his policy direction. What prevented from doing a policy dialogue before now? They are now going to do reactive policy. Bawumia's speech are made them realize they have no message yet, now they going to search for a message. Even the 24-hour economy they are struggling to explain exactly what it is. Wake up people!

They could have redeemed themselves through the formation of various Think Tanks which would then have fed directly into their policy making. Their strategists have let them down.

do to revamp the national economy. Eg. PASS A LAW ON GROUNDS OF PUBLIC HEALTH TO SEIZE ALL ABANDONED VEHICLES TO BE TOWED TO A VENUE WHERE THEY CAN BE MONITISED.
