  Thus my junior brother was acting all about like a neutral,granted that he was really spot in with his ACEP organization regarding the energy and finance sector,why have they NOT been able to apply the solutions they proffered when.ndc was in power to improve our situation,fraudulent deals galore ..agyapa pds etc.

Voluntary collection should have a target and already its moving side by side with set objectives. Tax accessement forms are available online. You can pay online as well. If these are not innovation then I don't know what that's. The desire to avoid tax is too much couple with the political clouding are not helping.
