  This week someone called my phone and said they were ready to come and install a new meter in my house but I must load credit on the meter. How? I asked. He says buy credit from a vendor at our accounts office (Patrict Odei - 0533422759). So how do I get a receipt to confirm payment? He says Odei will give you the receipt. I suspected this was not genuine so I tried to gather a lot of information then he realised I was asking too many questions so he cut the line.
