Under this coach, the Black Queens had not played any team as strong as Zambia and that is what made her results appeared so good. Unfortunately Ghana has not made any significant progress in women football. At the beginning Ghana was only behind Nigeria on the the continent but now, South Africa, Cameroon, Morocco and Zambia have well overtaken us. With this situation, it is not likely Ghana can qualify for the world cup for women's football in the near future.

They lost because, they lost focus and decided to go for money like the Male team. Any national team that focuses on money than winning tournaments will always fail. If you want money, stay with your club side. Your club side will never give you the exposure and fame your national team gives. This is the beginning of worse things to happen to the queens. We must stop giving appearance fees, winning bonuses and the qualification bonus and rather give very heavy rewards to our teams when they win tournaments or performs extremely well at tournaments. We can maintain the per diem for their upkeep. We must roll out very good insurance policy to our national players across all disciplines. Ever since we introduced huge bonuses, our performance is dwindling because the corruption at FA makes sure wrong players are selected and they split their appearance fees and bonuses with the so call incompetent management team.
