  What would you expect when your ambulance service literally doesn't exist in Ghana? Corruption wouldn't allow them to procure the right equipment plus, poor town and country planning, non-existent access roads. How can people call the ambulance and how could they reach the critically ill in a timely manner to save lives?
  
  In a country where institutions don't develop settlements, individuals build any structure to call houses with no road access. Ambulances are rented to carry corpses instead. What a mess! Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, come and see your Ghana.

  What about the Ghanaians who go to church for prayers, when they are sick. Most died in the Prayer Camps. Then after send to the hospitals. Dead on arrival.
