We need a national development plan for the country instead of party manifestos. An independent group must be selected from all parties and civil society to come together and write this development plan.The whole country will thus. be confident that this is how we want the country to move forward.Any party in power must follow this plan strictly and all parties must give their backing to it.Any party in power which cannot deliver within the period must be voted out. Party manifestos are one sided but the National development plan shows how we want to move as a country and not as a party.
