  banks take bribes to give business and home loans to unqualified borrowers and set them for default after borrowers paying huge loan origination fees and junk fees etc. Prudential Ghana is one of the well known banks that do that and then go and place mortgage liens against co signers that they never gave any money [which is illegal ] you can only place a lien on someone asset after you gave them valuable consideration [ aka money ]but prudential bank do it anyway and its against the law but who cares they get away with that shit
