This is nothing but a ploy to rope Parliament into his 1D1F deception by doling out exemptions to private companies that are going to help ananse Akufo-Addo in his delusional attempt to break the 8. What is more urgent right now than the issues of bad roads, as well as the constant ambushing of travelers on these roads? You made your false promise of district factories eight years ago, so why are now urgently asking Parliament to help you out after seven years of doing nothing about these so-called district factories? You have played games with the lives of the people of Ghana, and now you're trying to get Parliament to aid you in your election year trickery.
