Customers are paying huge monies for prepaid meters that belongs to ECG and after all that it takes so long to get the meters, especially at the Kwabenya ECG but nothing is being done to reverse this trend. Why is ECG at Kwabenya charging customers GHC1,200 for meters that belongs to the company. I hope the PURC will intervene soon to remedy this situation. It’s a crime ECG have been committing all these years.
