  What best practices has Ghana got to exchange except corruption? Forestry officers were taking bag full of cash bribes from foreign timber company directors to cut everything - Primewood, John Bitar, Samartex, Mim Timbers - unsustainably. Now that the timber is depleted, see, they've run back to their country to enjoy the loot. Everyone is corrupt in mother Ghana!
