  Seth Terkper was one of those who made NDC unpopular and caused the loss of 2016 elections. He was warned about the unpalatable policies he was bringing, but he stubbornly kept them. I hope after 2024 elections, his name will not be even mentioned around the ministry of finance. He is only able to make comments on the state of the economy. He can't manage it.
