Kagame was, and still a brutal dictator who pursues and assassinates his political opponents even as far away as South Africa. Those in Rwanda who faced incarceration for the most part are never seen afterwards. Now, Kagame is so seriously afraid of retribution after his mandate is over there's a possibility he would never abandon power till death.

JJR never succeeded any coups in Ghana, however, if his during his first tutelage as the chairman of AFRC his hands were not forced, Ghana might most probably be better than it is today!
