  This has always been the excuse but in reality it is not true because most of these firms are into buying and selling of goods and services and that any rise of pay extends into sales which then extended to the one being paid . And the cycle continues. But there will be extremely poor experience for those who decide not to work,the only agony of not working . The salary will forever rise as the cheating whites drag us on for being the sole determinants of raw materials in world at large. But we do not price their goods in exchange.
