That stadium was part of facilities for AFCON 2008 that Ghana hosted. Parliament approved the budget for it together with other facilities in the country. Kuffour should rather account for what the money was used for and why he failed to complete those projects. Right after the AFCON, all the projects were abandoned just like the Cathedral project.

Hamas should release all the hostages in their possession and there will be peace in Palistine. The Israelis know the tricks of Arab Muslims who will go and cause troubles and when they are at the receiving end, they will start shouting ceasefire, ceasefire. When you make a mistake and ceasefire, they will go and regroup and come back and attack you again. This time around, the Israelis have learnt a lesson and intend to neutralise all Hamas members including the reminants in Rafah.

The shame is that it takes a presumed “young” VP Dr. Bawumia who came to Ghana care of Canada and UK education full of lies and carnage everywhere he has been to tell us about a corrupt ex-president. Kufour built toilet facilities, stole at Ghana@50, introduced nepotism by having his son bring into Ghana Chinese-made electric meters that are not properly calibrated, stole from the national coffers to buy himself a gold locket like a rapper and contributed nothing towards infrastructure. Ask other civilized nations if national governments build stadiums for universities.

This project amongst others were abandoned by NDC government and JDM is all over the place blaming NPP government for neglecting projects he started. Schools, roads, hospitals and housing projects initiated by Ex-president Kuffour were neglected JDM and painting his opponent black just to cover up his shame. JDM promised building 200 day SHS across the country, meaning 50 per year of his 4 year term. As at 2017 leaving office, not even 25 were completed and he has the guts to go round especially where the uncompleted ones are located to blame the government for not completing the structures. Ironically, he doesn't go to localities where the E-Blocks have been converted to boarding SHS and are in operation. It's only shallow minded people will buy into his diabolical ideas. What pains me is that they say this government has borrowed and spent the money recklessly and shallow minded people would be clapping for him. Legon stadium and the All African Games village are part of the so-called reckless spending. Ghanaians will see the real developments this government has embark upon years after leaving office but not now.
