The supposed businessman should not have been given a bail. He should have been made to spend some time at the Police Cells for the mosquitoes to enjoy some fresh blood. That would have taught him a lesson.

There is too much corruption going on in Ghana, and the crooks always come with new tricks. I think such crooks should be sentenced and made to perform Community Service while Chained and Padlocked. A Sheriff in Arizona used Chained and Padlocked labor to bring crime rate in Arizona to the barest minimum.
That guy if found to be guilty should be sent to the hardest prison and fed only onc a day at lunch time.If this is done to many prisoners in Ghana, no criminal would want to commit crime and go back to the prison again.
