  the job of the sports minister is to inflate budgets. colect the sum from the financ ministry n take his share before he disburses the final sum to the individual sports facility etc. therefore, scrap this useless sports ministry which acts as a needless middleman that erodes expenditure and let each sporting umbrella go directly to the finance minister for their budget. is this too difficult for the gh leaders to implement? these fucking leaders are like ostriches their head are knee deep stuck in the sand. smh. you keep leaving your dooe unlocked. thiefman comes to steal and chop your food. so what should you do?

  @Araba. My sister, in finance , a budget is simply an estimate of what you intend to spend. Its not about knowing English or not.
