  The organisers of the forum are very lazy. They did not do their homework well before setting out to seek cheap popularity. If they had done some basic research, they would have found that PARTERNITY LEAVE ALREADY EXISTS IN THE GHANA PUBLIC SERVICES. It was introduced more than six years ago by the Public Services Commission in their HRM Manual. Please consult the Commission for guidance.
