I even learnt when the bill was at the parliamentary stage people were sending the case to court. It appears our lawyers are miseducated. It is when a bill has been passed into statues law before it can be challenged to be unconstitutional. As at now the bill has not been signed into law and who knows if the president will call for changes or amendments. It is too premature to preempt the decision of the president and I will be surprised if the Supreme Court entertains this case.
