I wonder if Lydia Alhassan can name any country where people change their attitudes to make that city clean. It is laws that make cities clean not attitudes. And I also expert some new laws to be enacted to prevent individual private car owners from carrying rubbish and leave it to registered waste management bodies like zoom lion this is because many of them carry rubbish and damp them at wrong places that is gradually affecting the clean environment we have on the roads. You will organise something like a party and gather a whole garbage and just dumps anywhere which should not be so. We should be care the way we compromise on environmental safety for our comfort.
