It can't even fund its own budget with its own tax revenues much less it's liabilities. This bill closes those markets for exporters from Ghana to sell their goods which effects the cedi. This bill is short sided and his comments reflect an economic illiterate that has no understanding you bring your enemies closer. . We could quietly increase our GDP to a trillion dollars build up our military to be power in the region which could be a threat to boko Haram and put in a bill like this to where the US can't say shit.
