Those who are calling for the emergence of the two ministries do not understand the difference between the two. Information is the government mouthpiece also known in other places as press secretary. Communication is very broad and more technical and involves the management of broadcasting, news papers, internet, digitization, cell phones, and many othes. Very technical and needs a very different atmosphere to operate. The information minister only communicate government message to the people.
