  Talk is cheap. You do not even have a training vessel neither do you have a training agreement with any shipping lines to train the students offering sea going programme after many years of existence as an institution thus making our wards unable to get a job in the maritime industry after graduation. After spending so much money on my son who graduated with 2nd class upper in marine engineering he can't get a job as an engine cadet in a vessel nor even get a job at GHPA because he lacks the requisite skills
