I suggest a very tough punish on those land-guards if ought. The so-called land guards must abolished, the system of land acquisition must be made better and the rightfully acquired piece of land be properly protected in the interest of the lawful owner. Those land-guards are thief's and must be dealt with as such.

Meanwhile they should serve notice to the police administration about forming these vanguard forces to protect their lands from land guards
