One side of Ghana political divide, resisted it like a plague. JAK never used it but because Atta Mills had recklessly joined in the outrage including promising to turn it into a chicken farm he was stuck in the old slave castle till he passed away. Had he been living and operating from Jubilee, he would have been a 1 minute drive from 37 Hospital and its ambulance service and doctors. The most ridiculous claim was that the building was designed like the golden stool, giving Ashanteman prominence over all other tribes. But, fellow Ghanaians immediately after the tragic death of thr President at the Castle, the seat of Government was abandoned for Jubilee House, shamelessly rename Flagstaff House, not Chicken Coop. Osofo Oduro has a special hatred for the NPP as l do but being a minister of God Rev. Oduro needs to apply wisdom to his delivery. All prophets in the Holy Bible always apply wisdom.

The American Bible Museum, built from strictly private funders, didn't cost $600m. Here's readily available info on it.

"The $500 million project — $350 million covered design and construction — also involved construction of an atrium housing the elevators and staircases and the addition of a swooping, two-story steel-and-glass rooftop featuring a restaurant, biblical garden, event space and 472-seat theater."

So, the design and construction cot $350m. Fitting inside with the relevant materials and high tech digital information sources raised it to the $500m.
